In addition to events for young boys, 16 adults leaders received Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation and are now certified to take youth on outings.

Fall Cuboree 2007
Boys will be boys! And boys like nothing better than a good campout. October 27th through October 29th, the Lake Region District (Eastern Polk County) Cub Scouts conducted their Fall Cuboree at Flaming Arrow Scout Reservation in Lake Wales. The theme for this year's event was "down on the farm". Over 200 scouts and their parents participated in the weekend event. Fishing, fun, and games were the order for the weekend.
